[Oberon] Pedagogical advice.

Thanks to advice from Joerg and others the table here was simplified.

Now I wonder about a potential addition: a column showing the source 
dialect. Ie. Oberon, Oberon-2, Active Oberon & etc would link to the 
language report.  Obviously unnecessary for experts. Possibly helpful 
to novices.
