If this is the Andreas compiler with the Oberon-2, then indeed it is a good way to start. it will flag just what it needs to flag. If Andreas admits the a few back-compatibility features with warnings, then it will be even a greater tool. 

In any case, I think that hosting this work under V4 will be just much easier.
