[Oberon] [EXT] Starting V4.

It depends on the operating system. I do not have Linux handy, so I can only direct you to the document which Robert provided in the 1.7 repository. Its name is INSTALL. (A silly name.) It is attached.

Under Windows you start Oberon with double click on the provided icon. I created a shortcut on the desktop so I can double click. But you are not using Windows, are you?
