There's a emulator, but not a bare-metal port. I've been interested in
one for a few years and am dabbling with FreePascal and Ultibo in a
very slow-moving effort to learn enough to see if I can do it myself.

What does Linux have to do with it? The original TUI Oberon runs fine
under Windows, macOS and Linux. I have bare-metal A2/Bluebottle
running under VirtualBox and that will run on all 3 too. What exactly
do you want and want it for?
