Look for the ETH Technical Report written by Andreas R. Disteli, the
guy who worked on the MS-DOS port of Oberon. It is ETH Technical
Report 203 'Oberon for PC on an MS-DOS Base'. It goes into the
MS-DOS-specific implementation issues in great detail. You can
