Does anyone recognize the terminology?  Is _OBERON.INI in V4?  An 
Oberon for MS Windows?

Neither ETH Oberon 2.3.7 nor ETH Oberon / LinuxA2 Gen. 32-bit, 
rev.9799 has System.Get.
