[Oberon] Servers for old ETH Oberon ports.

Hi,

In https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon/ETH_Oberon/download
many of the links were dead.

Under heading "Oberon ports no longer updated" Native now refers to Sourceforge and Github.

Windows [95NT] now refers to Github.

What about the other ports?  The thesis of Bernard Egger is at
