[Oberon] Active Oberon in Debian 12

Hi Peter

Sorry, do not know Guenter's UnixAos, but can tell you my experience.

Have official A2 Oberon from https://gitlab.inf.ethz.ch/felixf/oberon

installed in Debian 12 "Bookworm" (64 bit version) and it's running
stable since >0.5 yr.

Had to figure out some points where Oberon concept divers from Linux,
eg. a simple terminal user input was quiet tricky to realize in Oberon,
but now it works.
