So I've reverted the hightlighting edit and added an explanatory note 
highlit with a green background.  =8~/

Hypocritical but I wanted to make it obvious. If the green is too 
much, happy to remove it.

I'd rather cite Wirth's sources in a more permanent and tamper proof 
location. At present, don't know of any.
