ETH format is duplicated fairly closely.  Content is duplicated except 
for adding a few citations.  In the section headed Web Sites, the last 
three.

Legally, citations can be added to the bibliography.

Does anyone object to adding a citation as Rochus gave?  Does anyone 
believe the bibliography should be frozen exactly as it was at ETHZ?
