I use this compiler on my Mac, too. But as OP asks about the Oberon System:
There used to be a port of the Oberon System on the App Store (Intel binaries), but this is gone. I have successfully installed the Oberon RISC Emulator on my Mac https://github.com/pdewacht/oberon-risc-emu
The main ingredient for installing the emulator is getting libSDL2 installed first.
It has two major drawbacks: The emulator does not copy the time information from the host system: You have to set the clock manually. You have to use special commands to copy data into and out of the emulator. Sharing a folder is not an option. Of course the emulated system has RAM limitations, too.
