[Oberon] ETH Oberon version numbers.

Greetings for the New Year,

I happened to find https://semvir.org and linked it in the footnote 
for the first entry in the glossary.

What I've written is speculative.  Another possibility: the Lilith 
workstation was major 1, Ceres V1 was 2.1, Ceres V2 was 2.2 and PC 
Native Oberon was 2.3.  Hence ETHO 2.3.6 and 2.3.7.

People active in the early years are still alive.  Can someone provide 
a more definite explanation?
