[Oberon] Order of topics in wikibook.

Hi,

Names and words are more fundamental than language and text. Children 
learn some words before assembling sentences.

So I think of putting the "Naming" and "Glossary" headings between 
"Beginning as a Novice" and "Text".  Comments?
