[Oberon] Oberon System 3 migrated to ARMv7, runs on QEMU raspi2b, real Raspi 3b hardware WIP

Hello everyone

In case anyone is interested, I managed to migrated the Oberon System 3 v2.3.7 to ARMv7, so far with a kernel, SD card, display and USB driver compatible with Raspberry Pi model 3b, 2b and Zero 2. The system boots and runs with QEMU 10.2 on the raspi2b machine, on which I did the development. I'm currently debugging the system via Jtag on a real Pi 3b and hope to make it work soon.
