Thank you very much for the detailed feedback. I'm glad to hear that the system also works on the 2b, even with v1.1 which is surprising. The peripherals of 2b v1.1 and v1.2 seem to be more similar than I thought, even though they have a different processor.

Since I converted all source files to ASCII with unix line endings, it is not surprising that the Oberon text editors have troubles. The whole system was cross-compiled on Linux and I just copied the same source files to the AosFs volume together with the object files. I also added the OP2 version, which I'm using on Linux in its C transpiled existence, but for some yet unknown reason it doesn't seem to work directly on the Oberon system itself (trapping instead); this is under investigation.

Unfortunately I cannot read the trap messages on your screen photos. If you tell me the operation sequence which led to the trap I can try to reproduce and fix it on my instrumented board.

I'm testing the image on an old 1 GB micro SD card.


On 2 Raspi 2b v1.1: after flashing the card, both boards run ok, in around 8 seconds appears the Oberon screen, and after around 34 more seconds appears the mouse caret in the center of the screen. I have no issues with Genius wireless USB keyboard and Genius corded mouse simultaneously. Due to Oberon not having a procedure to shutdown, I simply disconnect the USB supply on board. 


On 2 Raspi 3b v1.2: similar to Raspi 2b, Oberon starts with the same delays.


I opened up the Oberon Desk, and some guide texts.
But when I want to see some programs in modules (.Mod) as well as in Unix or Ascii, the system launches a trap on an error.


Maybe you could see in the attached pictures some of the aspects of the fonts, with the white glow behind. I don't know if Oberon for ARM is already like that.
