Hi,

An emessage Date field is RFC 5322 format and a Message-ID can 
include an ISO 8601 format.

To begin I think of putting procedures RFC5322 and ISO8601 in a 
module. One possibility is adding to A2 module Dates.  Another 
possibility is an additional module Datestamp or Timestamp or similar.

Comments?  Ideas?
