Although I like the concept of active objects and have downloaded
BlueBottle (A2)<br>
and played with it a little bit I do not find the GUI nor the mousing
as easy to use<br>
as that of BlackBox/Component Pascal.<br>

The benefit (as I see it) is that it runs on more platforms than
Component Pascal.<br>
But I do ask, how easy is it to generate an .exe or .dll under Windows
that<br>
clients (other than myself) can use?<br>

The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) works actually with a
further evolution of Oberon called "Active Oberon" and the corresponding
operating systems A2, formerly Bluebottle.
