They even come in the same form factor as the NRF24l01'a. It look's to be rather strait forward to communicate over SPI with these neat little boards. I have the newest model with all the GPIO's ( 8 total I think?). They use the old 'AT' style modem commands. Once connected, we have full net access. First of all sorry for my English is sparse. (google is my friend: P)<br>

The next goal for myself: I want to reproduce the ProjektOberon was.<br>
Currently there is a loan and Spartan3 Spartan3 developer panels and<br>
Linux environment (Ubuntu 10.14).<br>

I have no clear line of action. My first step in trying to access the<br>
Oberon linux version translated in there, but it did not go as 07 codes<br>
contained ... 07 compiler found, but did not get to the green branch :(<br>
<br>
Is there a howto that tells that even under Windows or Linux that can<br>
translate Oberon? I am a programmer, but Oberon just started to learn it.<br>

I know a large wall and all, but simply interested.<br>

Can you give some clues which can start based on?<br>
I know it was surely the word list, but I have not found it so far, and<br>
is the son of man is not infinite time and infinite patience.<br>

My first question is, do you really wish to pursue the /hardware/<br>
based version of Oberon or are you simply interested in Oberon?<br>
If simply interested on Oberon then there are many /software /only<br>
implementations.<br>

The answer to your question is very specific FPG Oberon want to do.<br>
I want to do it step by step Wirth types of projects as a first step in<br>
the specification Spartan 3 development environment through.<br>
<br>
Of course, there are ideas for the future, but I just have to add ideas<br>
and knowledge and also the gyakrolat implementation.<br>
<br>
In my opinion, the good old Oberon much more was possible with the<br>
hardware and the operating system can be treated as a single unit.<br>
(hardver,FPGA,Oberon,(Verilog | Lola))<br>

The absurd difficulty connecting between the PC & the rPi, next to each other,<br>
via an *ENCRYPTED* ssh/...bla..bla, is like using the NationalRailwaySystem<br>
[and needing a visa] to get a glass of water from your kitchen.<br>
<br>
OnTheOtherHand if you can't get files in and out, the device/project just dies,<br>
instead of flying/connecting to the outside-world.<br>
<br>
How's the SPI?<br>
Would it be viable to adapt PO2013's work on SPI, to the working ARMlinuxOberon,<br>
which can then communicate with the rest of the *nix system of the rPi?<br>
Ie. to internet, FAT-fileSystems ...everything..<br>
