[Scion] SCION endhost app for Android (Beta)

Dear SCION listeners,

We've just released the Beta version of the SCION endhost app for 
Android. It is publicly available on the Google Play Store: 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.scionlab.endhost

The SCION Android app enables to run a SCION endhost together with the 
pingpong application on an Android smartphone.
