It is (at least was) in the startup sequence of bluebottle.ethz.ch.
webdav.ethz.ch is a virtual host on bluebottle.ethz.ch.
But it seems that something is going wrong on startup.
OTOH manual startup works when I access bluebottle.ethz.ch by VNC.
So what I must do is to log some startup steps to a file, so I can
have a look what's going on after the next reboot.
