[Oberon] oo2c in ubuntu

One option is to compile it yourself.

One thing I noticed is that the package depends on g++ but the configure 
script never told me so.

Anyway, I think it is time for a new (freestanding) Oberon compiler to 
emerge. An Oberon-07 front-end for LLVM would be really nice.
