[Oberon] Oberon V4 sources moved

Hi,

by the way, sources for some platforms are missing, e.g. DECstation, SiliconGraphics.

I received a long time ago from Aubrey McIntosh sources for a MIPS compiler which seem to belong to the DECstation Oberon, but before I upload them I wanted to see if I can get the complete set of sources.
