[Oberon] Converting Oberon .Mod files to plain ASCII .txt files

What you are saying is you don't have a running Oberon system?
If you did you would simply open the file and read it.

BlackBox/Component Pascal has the ability to save a "odc" file
(equivalent to a "mod" file) as a "txt" file.
With BlackBox one can read an ETHZ mod file as if it where a
BlackBox "odc" (oberon document) file.
