[Oberon] A Text?

A "text" is an important element in the Oberon GUI.
Remember a "text" is not only a stretch of characters but can be an arbitary area with static or even dynamic content. (A clock, a running man, a rectangle, a circle, a menu item...).
You can copy, select, delete ... such an non-character element of the "text" as if it was a stretch of characters.

ProjectOberon (for the time being) only supports text with character elements. For simplicity reasons non-charcter elements are left out.
