Aha, PCLink1 can only be running from Oberton0, that ORC can communicate
to, so that's why.

I am now trying to send `TestLEDs.bin' directly to BootLoader at stage
2.
$ cp TestLEDs.bin /dev/ttyUSB1

Does NOT run leds though, this constitutes another question. How to
create standalone .bin program from .rsc file? How to stream it into
boot file structure?
