[Oberon] Japanese 106 type keyboard layout file

Hello, everybody.

A2 (Native AOS) runs on my PC now.

I have one problem, that is, there is no keyboard layout file which fits 
to Japanese 106 type keyboard layout file. So, I have a plan to make it.
But I have no information how to build and configure.
Would you inform where the sample or information are, please ?
