[Oberon] Oberon System emulator for Windows

Hello Wojtek,

There is also an emulator of Project Oberon written in BlackBox Component
Builder.
It is not as completed as Peter de Wachter's one but worthy of study
because it is written in Oberon-2.
I thought it was already mention in the list, but in case you missed it I
post here the links.
