[Oberon] Addendum: Oberon System 3 aka ETH Oberon

shows  Oberon0.Dsk, 2006-03-30, which is the Alpha release of the S3 
installer. Also OberonCF0.Dsk which is exactly the same except with  
support for Compact Flash added.

Anyone interested to try S3 is advised to install Oberon0 using 
OberonCF0.Dsk. Then find the additional packages Apps1.zip, Apps2.zip 
... Source3.zip from an archive and install.  Details are in 
https://en.m.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon/S3 .

Updates required 
* Post the zip files on Sourceforge beside OberonCF0.Dsk.
* Revise the instructions in https://en.m.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon/S3 
  according to the new locations.
