Just incorporated that site map into the book, fourth under References.

In the green box at the top of the page, is a link to the archive.org 
page noted above.  The archive.org page has links to the language and 
system genealogy pages you asked about. Note that all the links are 
blue, active.

In the book, some links in the site map page are blue, others red.  
The blue links connect to pages salvaged into the book.  The red links 
connect to nothing; Will salvage the targets as time allows.

Thanks for your enquiry.  It prompted me to add the site map page 
which helps to organize further salvage work.
