For anyone interested in the procedure to salvage a page from archive.org. ...

The first step is to put it into my account sandbox where formatting according to 
Wikimedia markup can be added.

At Tuesday, a.m. the heading is formatted.  The body of the page is 
still plain text without links.

Over the next few days I'll restore font sizes & etc and add links. 
When that is complete it can move into the book and be linked in the 
sitemap.
