[Barrelfish-users] Updates

Hi everybody,

As some of you may already have noticed, we pushed some changes to the
tree.

Probably the most noticeable change is the addition of OpenSSL.

Other than that, changes include:

 - Mackerel updates that add support for imports and some new
   command-line options (for details see TN-002-Mackerel).

 - various SKB updates for resource allocation and management.

 - A fix (or rather a work around) for a memory reclamation problem.
