[Barrelfish-users] New Barrelfish release

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce a new release for the Barrelfish OS. There 
are a good 50 changesets between this release and the previous one, 
about half of them are improvements to the Intel 82599 driver, the rest 
is mostly bug fixes and performance improvements.

An overview of the major contributions for this release
- Improved support for advanced features of the Intel 82599 10Gbps NIC
- A new user-level serial driver for the PandaBoard (+working CLI)
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
