From the attached log file:

qemu-system-x86_64: cannot set up guest memory 'pc.ram': Cannot allocate memory
make: *** [qemu_x86_64] Error 1

That seems to indicate your system doesn't have enough memory
available. You might want to try on a different machine with more
memory.
