TANDEM stands for Talent and Extended Mobility in the European Innovation Union.
A growing number of researchers are mobile. Universities and research institutions have to address and to understand mobility obstacles if they want to successfully attract talented young researchers. The TANDEM project analyzed the basic requirements for successful implementation of Dual Career and Integration Initiatives and developed a modular approach to these services.

At the conference we

·         look back at 15 years Dual Career Advice at ETH Zurich,

·         discuss mobility, recruiting and dual career issues of researchers with international experts and

·         present the major results of the TANDEM project.
