Professor of Energy Economics

The Department of Management, Technology, and Economics (www.mtec.ethz.ch) at ETH Zurich invites applications for the above mentioned position.

The successful candidate for the position should have an excellent publication record in economics and in energy economics and policy as well as strong competencies in economic modelling of energy systems. Research will focus on the theoretical and applied analysis of energy economics and energy policy issues. The new professor should demonstrate the ability to contribute to energy economics on a national and international level. Teaching obligations have to be fulfilled in the curriculum of D-MTEC. Generally, at ETH Zurich undergraduate level courses are taught in German or English and graduate level courses are taught in English. Research cooperation with other departments and multi-disciplinary research centers is expected.
