Wir möchten Euch gerne unser Online-Seminar vorstellen, das darauf abzielt, die Vielfalt in Ihrem Unternehmen zu fördern und für Inklusion zu sorgen. In diesem sechswöchigen Programm erhalten Sie einen umfassenden Überblick über die wichtigsten Themen rund um Diversity, Equity und Inclusion und werden dazu in die Lage versetzt, die richtigen Massnahmen für Ihr Unternehmen umzusetzen. Unser Programm ist für alle Interessierten konzipiert, egal ob Sie neu im Bereich DEI sind oder bereits Erfahrung gesammelt haben.  Wir bieten Ihnen einen breiten Überblick über verschiedene Schwerpunkte wie Diversity Benchmarking, Lohnanalysen, die Analyse von HR-Prozessen und der Organisationskultur. Zudem lernen Sie Trends, Best Practices und Herausforderungen, die es noch zu bewältigen gilt, kennen und können Ihr Unternehmen mit Hilfe einer inklusiven Unternehmenskultur erfolgreich in die Zukunft führen.

Das Seminar besteht aus sechs Modulen à je zwei Stunden, die aufgezeichnet werden. Falls Ihnen die Teilnahme an einem Modul nicht möglich ist, können Sie die Aufzeichnung später ansehen. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit zu zwei Coaching- oder Beratungsgesprächen mit unseren Expert:innen, in denen entweder einzelne Themen vertieft oder Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung/Feinabstimmung der richtigen Strategie für Ihr Unternehmen besprochen werden können.  Abgerundet wird das Programm durch die Teilnahme an der St.Galler Diversity & Inclusion Week<https://inclusion-tagung.ch/>, bei der Sie auf den neuesten Stand zum Thema Diversity & Inclusion gebracht werden und die Möglichkeit zum Austausch und zur Vernetzung mit Ihren Kurskolleg:innen und anderen HR-/DEI-Expert:innen haben.

Das Programm wird im Frühjahr auf Deutsch und im Herbst auf Englisch angeboten. Die deutsche Durchführung startet am 23. Mai 2023 und die englische Durchführung am 22. August 2023.

Dear Colleagues and Readers

Are you interested in fostering diversity and inclusion in your organization? Then our six-week online program "Successful through Diversity & Inclusion<https://ccdi-unisg.ch/en/successful-through-diversity-inclusion/>" is just what you need!

In this six-week programme, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the most important topics around diversity, equity, and inclusion and will be enabled to implement the right measures for your company. Our programme is designed for anyone interested, whether you are new to DEI or have previous experience. We offer you a broad overview of different focus areas such as diversity benchmarking, salary analysis, the analysis of HR processes and organisational culture. In addition, you will learn about trends, best practices and challenges that still need to be overcome to successfully lead your company into the future, thanks to an inclusive corporate culture.

The seminar consists of six modules of two hours each, which are recorded. If you are unable to attend a module, you can watch the recording later. In addition, there is the possibility of two coaching or consulting sessions with our experts, in which either individual topics can be discussed in depth or support in developing/fine-tuning the right strategy for your company can be discussed. The programme is rounded off by participation in the St.Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week<https://inclusion-tagung.ch/en/home/>, where you will be brought up to date on diversity & inclusion and have the opportunity to exchange and network with your course colleagues and other HR/DEI experts.

The programme will be offered in spring German and English in autumn. The German version will start on 23 May 2023, and the English version on 22 August 2023.
