Bluebottle and Native handle booting from CD the same way, using
floppy emulation.  noboot.exe and DOS is not involved.

At the ETH (and probably at many other Universities), Lab PCs are
configured to disallow booting from removable media.  From their
viewpoint this makes sense since booting another system on the
machine gives you complete control over it, and they don't like that :-)
