Good.

This meaning no PAPName and PAPPassword in Oberon.Text.

See PPP.Tool

So that's another thing to tell Oberon newbees: If you find
something like <some package>.Tool or <some package>.Text please
read it. I normally contains some useful information.

For absolute positioning just use middle mouse button in the scrollbar.
(Yes I know that you don't like that)

Remember middle mouse in the scrollbar ?
Middle mouse 'TextDocs.Controls *' with Chapter2.Text selected by the
star and you will probably see the Gadgets which control linelength.
So you can change the text width.

I'm not a perl specialist but it's something which was easy to install
and was mentioned by my provider. And when I tried it, it even seems to
work with the NO browser.
BTW, I would prefer my provider to support Python instead of Perl.
Python is too expensive for me at the moment.

http://www.edgar-schwarz.de/wwwboard/ as a means to leave me notes.

The forum itself is in English and doesn't forbid postings in English.
So what's your problem ?

Sorry :-( Typing late is errorprone.

Fixed. But you don't need it probably because it's already part of the
regular NO distribution. Also that's an Oberon ARC !

This link was broken only recently when I rearranged my homepage.
BTW, I really don't know how many people use Oberon PPP. 5, 10 ?
Because most Oberon users probably have a University setting and connect
by a LAN. Just a guess.
