[Oberon] reserved three letter prefix

Was scanning the ETH website and found a list of reserved
three letter prefix for Oberon apps.

I was thinking it would be more efficient, considering the
already long list of reserved prefix, to create categories
of software applications and reserve _those_?

Rather than break the existing arrangement these could be
four letter categories to use as a prefix taked onto whatever
other words are descriptive of the modules contents?

The three letter reserved words look like a potential runaway
requiring an online database to be certain no one has reserved
your first three letters. ;-)
