[Oberon] TextGadgets.Frame: Linespacing

Hello all
I would like to change the linespacing in a text displayed/printed
within a TextGadgets.Frame. 

Presumably, this is connected to the
TextGadgets0.Line.asr (or .dsr) variable, although I did not completely
understand the source code.
The default Line spacing appears to be 120 % of the char height or 12 pts (?)
as gleaned from TextGadgets.Mod.
However, I was unable to figure out, how to change this linespacing from
a user module.
Does anybody know ?

It appears that JM (Hannes Marais?)was the module creator: Does anybody known 
how to contact him ?
