Yes... it has been here a while but the December 31 release 
improved it quite a bit since it now also supports the 8-bit
"Truecolor" mode as used in RealVNC 3.3.4 for slow networks
(http://www.realvnc.com)
The new release also supports copy paste through the VNC
(limited to the new GUI editor components) 
Copy paste of Unicode currently fails at the (Windows) client side. 
(Linux client not yet tested)

To start a VNC Server : Search for WMVNCView in AosTools.Tool
