[Oberon] performance of oberon

Hi!

I have the result of a student assignemt which compared the oberon (OP2)
compiler with the GNU gcc compiler.
As everything has a backside, this one is written in german; but since most
of the results are tables and graphs, it should be pretty straightforward to
understand.
