[Oberon] Bluebottle contributions

Hello.

There's the XMLRPC client.  It's only been tested
for WinAOS, but there's no Windows specific code
so it should work fine for Bluebottle.  I'd love
to do a server too, but there's no way I'd get
that done before Jan 15.
