This is no problem. The next release (hopefully around end of January) 
will introduce many big changes in the system. We did not want to 
release in-between states while the entire component-system, 
text-system, TCP-Stack, Priority handling in the kernel, USB-system were 
replaced. After this is finished, the release frequency can increase again.
The contributions part will be maintained by the contributors, our only 
check is that they compile. So we can add changes there on short notice.
