[Oberon] WinAos a1.08, capo

Hi everyone,

a new release of WinAos, version a1.08, is available and can be downloaded 
from http://www.bluebottle.ethz.ch/WinAos.
This new version is now adapted to the new object file format used by the 
parallel compiler PACO.  PCAO is also conatined in this version and now 
runs reasonably fast. Therefore the suffix of object files has been changed 
to Obx. (Old "Obj" files can still be used: execute AosObjLoader.Install 
before using them.)

New: Included is the first official release of CAPO (computational analysis 
platform for Oberon), Capo1.0, by Alan Freed and F.F. See Capo.Text.

As previously AntsInFields and Voyager are also contained in WinAos.
Various bugfixes have been made to Ants, Voyager and the system. The Oberon 
formatter has been adapted to new constructs of PACO. Settings for the 
Oberon formatter have been added to Oberon.Text, such that everybody can 
adjust colors and fonts to his own needs.
