[Oberon] Delayed log output under BlueBottle

The tiny program found at http://home.grandecom.net/~amcintosh/aubrey/BlueBottle/AlmLostMsg.Cod
starts up a handler within an object.

The handler handles an event, and emits some messges to the log.

The runner checks status, including a watchdog counter, and correctly quits.

For some reason, the messages are delayed until the procedure Runner quits.  I don't understand why.
