In case this problem interests anyone ... 

Partitions.Show detail ~ on a Kingston USB memory reports this. 

Disk: USBSCSI0, 245MB = 502784 * 512, removable, CHS: 0*0*0, Usb Transparent SCSI device, mntcnt=0
USBSCSI0#00          0    502784   245MB --- (Whole disk)
USBSCSI0#01         51    501789   245MB --- (Free)

Partitions.Create USBSCSI0#01 245 ~ reports this in the System.Log.

GetGeometry: error 0
