It should, however, be able to work with a CompactFlash disc in a suitable 
CF -> IDE adapter. A 128 MB CF card is EUR 10 and the adapter is EUR 20 at 
Reichelt. So it should be relatively simple to transfer data, as long as 
the BIOS accepts the IDE <-> CF adapter card.
