Well, I can open an HTML 2.0 file in Oberon
and keep the formatting, so I feel that's
"two way", but the HTML.Tool didn't keep
much of the formatting when I tested it.
(Not sure what I was doing wrong).

Anyway, I'll try your CVS tool out.
