[Oberon] Have we [ETH S3/Aos/BB] got email send authenticate ability ?

My ISP [without prior notice] disabled my email send ability.
Unless I used M$> Outsp00k.

Now it's open again.
Perhaps not for long ?
Apparently there was recently another virus wave ?

Even after painfull time wasted investigating various linux 
mailers, I still could not post.  One mailer [as I remember] had
6 'types' to select from.  But since none was labled 
"do like Outsp00k" , I failed.

Queries to Newsgroups re. "is email-Tx authentication common
these days", gets answers of YES.   But I suspect that the few 
who use/need it, just pretend that those who don't are backward ?

Q- what email facilities does Aos/BB have ?

Q- what about send authenticate ability ?
